Tuesday 1st

Give thanks that schools reopened on 10th January.

Wednesday 2nd

Pray for children beginning school for the first time that they will settle well in their new surroundings and make good friendships.

Thursday 3rd

Pray for the new headteacher at St Matia Mulumba Primary School.

Friday 4th

Pray for the church appeal this weekend in Annerley and for Phil Lland as she speaks.

Saturday 5th

Pray for the teaching staff in all the schools, that they will teach well and know how best to motivate their students.

Sunday 6th

Give thanks for all those who have been involved in outreach education during lockdown.

Monday 7th

Pray that all our children will concentrate well and understand the topics they are taught.

Tuesday 8th

Pray for all staff in the schools, that their focus will be on raising standards, so that all children reach their full potential.

Wednesday 9th

Pray for Father Boniface that he will be returned to full health and strength after a severe bout of malaria recently and typhoid earlier last year.

Thursday 10th

Give thanks for our donors, for their faithfulness in supporting their sponsored children, particularly through the lockdown.

Friday 11th

Give thanks for the first Donor Care Evening held last October in Leighton Buzzard and for the positive and supportive response from those who attended.

Saturday 12th

Pray for Father Boniface as he has a very busy schedule within his parish.

Sunday 13th

Pray for our administrators in Uganda, Gonzaga and Margaret, who have been struggling with some ill health since receiving their first vaccine.

Monday 14th

Pray for Prossy as she oversees the building and maintenance work at the projects.

Tuesday 15th

Pray for the bid being put in to SPICMA for assistance with provision of furniture and sewing machines for the new classroom block at St Matia Mulumba - that this will be successful.

Wednesday 16th

Many parents in Uganda do not understand the value of education. Pray for a change of heart.

Thursday 17th

Pray that children will remain healthy and schools will remain open.

Friday 18th

Pray for the appeal in Tolworth this weekend and for Judi as she speaks.

Saturday 19th

Pray that vaccine will be made available for those who have yet to receive their injections.

Sunday 20th

Pray that the bid to Book Aid International for assistance with library books for St Matia Mulumba will be successful.

Monday 21st

Pray that both teaching staff and children will work hard to catch up on the work missed during lockdown.

Tuesday 22nd

Pray for Gonzaga, that she will have the capacity needed to deal with an ever increasing work load.

Wednesday 23rd

Pray for more volunteers in the UK to help with the growing number of tasks which need to be completed.

Thursday 24th

Pray for the Donor Care Evenings which will take place during 2022.

Friday 25th

Pray for the EVC Board Meeting taking place tomorrow and for God’s guidance in decision making.

Saturday 26th

Pray that Gonzaga, Margaret and Prossy will work well together as a team and be supportive of one another and of Father Boniface.

Sunday 27th

Pray for those students in university, nursing school and other further education institutions.

Monday 28th

Remember those students who have now completed further education and are now working. Give thanks for their success in completing their courses.
