Fire-fighting Equipment

Every year in Uganda there are horrific fires in schools and tragic loss of life. A priority for EVC has been the installation of smoke alarms and firefighting equipment in all school buildings and dormitories in St Matia Mulumba and St Kizito Primary Schools.
Handwashing and Toilets

In 2022, EVC completed a toilet block for the school buildings in St Matia Mulumba Primary School. There were previously no toilets on site except for those adjacent to the dormitories and three very old toilets next the nursery building.
